Welcome to the world of Bloukrans Bungy! Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with our terms and conditions to ensure your safety and enjoyment during your adventure.

Indemnity Form

Before participating in our activities, all  participants must sign an indemnity form on the day of the activity. This form acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of the risks involved in our activities.

Booking Flexibility

If you need to change your jump booking time, simply call our office with your details, and we’ll gladly assist in rescheduling your jump(s) or SkyWalk Tour(s).

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel for any reason, please email us at book@bloukransbungy.com and we will arrange a refund for you. A 10% administration fee will be levied on all refunds.

Medical Restrictions

Certain medical conditions may impact your ability to safely participate in our activities. If you have conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart issues, neurological disorders, epilepsy, acute or chronic knee/back disorders, or conditions affecting the skeleton, muscles, or nervous system, please consult us. While some conditions may not exclude you from jumping, a medical certificate may be required.

Dress Requirements

For safety reasons, all Bloukrans jumpers must wear shoes to traverse the walkway.

Participant Responsibility

• All participants engage at their own risk.
• It is essential to follow all directions from our operations staff.
• Any damage to the bridge or equipment is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove non-compliant individuals from the site.
• We retain the right to refuse participation for any reason.

Ownership of Visual Material

Any visual material taken of clients while on our premises or participating in our activities becomes the property of Bloukrans Bungy CC. We may use this material at our discretion for various purposes.
